“A friend and I completed the amazing Trans-Mongolian route in September 2017. Trying to find international tickets ahead of time to travel from Moscow to Beijing had proven to be quite difficult to do online, until I found Andrei. Andrei was extremely patient and helpful in all aspects of booking the tickets and providing paperwork necessary for visas. I also had to have my visa paperwork and tickets re-issued as my passport needed replacing shortly before the trip. Andrei quickly changed everything and re-issued without charging anything extra for the trouble. He also hand-delivered the tickets to our hostel in Moscow and helped explain when and where we needed to go. Thanks again Andrei”
